Long Live Big Brother.. These textures are intended to be used with Q3, if people want to translate their format to other games please let me know first, then i can mirror a copy. I made the Jackboot texture set as an experiment in style for Headhunters3 and a test Map Called Jackboot for Q2. Enough people asked so I've made them avialable in Q3 now in the hopes of seeing a more decayed realistic map or 2 being produced by the community :) I have not produced any shaders with these textures, They have no alpha channels currently. If people want to put proper shader effects in the black area of the lights.. please go ahead, but give me a copy for others to download from my site! There are JPG's in this pk3 as they are big and im was saving space. The strange shapes were to accomadate strange geometry i had in the Jackboot Q2 map. The Posterbase / postersbase02.tgas are included so other people can make their own propoganda. Just take one of your favourite pictures, set it on an overlay layer in Photoshop over the top of the posterbases, probably best to dim the saturation so it looks good with the other textures in the set. -------------------------------- To use, simply put this PK3 file in your BASEQ3 folder of Quake3Arena Select the Jackboot Folder in QER3 to use in a map editor -------------------------------- Not much left to say, have fun. -------------------------------- Dont steal my work, play nice.. you want to put them on disks, make a mod etc..
